Crystal Van Metter også kaldet White Girl bliver smidt i fængsel for en 'lille' overtrædelse, men da hun har en grim kriminel baggrund nægter dommeren at lade hende gå, så hun ender på en mentalinstitution og på hendes 19-års fødselsdag skal hun så overflyttes til Frontera kvindefængsel, hvor hun skal være i 25 år. På mental-institutionen møder hun Angela Garcia, kaldet Cyclona, en psykotisk sexgalning, der er inde for at have myrdet hele sin familie.
